Privacy Policy

Eye Factory Co., Ltd. 8. Correction of Retained Personal Data

  3. When the Company makes a determination regarding the implementation or non-implementation of correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will notify the user without delay.

9. Suspension of Use of Personal Data

  1. Users may request the Company to suspend the use, delete, or suspend the provision to third parties of personal data held by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 10.
  2. When the Company receives a request pursuant to the preceding paragraph, it will conduct necessary investigations without delay, and if it determines that there are reasonable grounds for the request pursuant to the preceding paragraph, it will suspend the use, etc. of such personal data. However, if suspension of use, etc. of personal data requires a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to implement, and if alternative measures can be taken that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of users, such alternative measures will be taken.
  3. When the Company makes a determination regarding the implementation or non-implementation of suspension of use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, it will notify the user without delay.

10. Procedures for Disclosure of Personal Data

When making a request pursuant to Articles 7 to 9, users should fill in the necessary information and send it to the mailing address specified in (2) together with the identity verification documents specified in (1). Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each request for disclosure of personal data.
